Order Processing Time

Depending on the item(s), it can take anywhere from 3-14 business days for your item to be completely made and finished. This is due to a number of factors such as, the amount of customization requested, amount of items purchased, time of year/holiday season, etc. This does not mean that it will always take 14 business days to complete, this is just the maximum amount of time it may take.

When ordering please keep in mind of the processing time, especially if ordering for a specific event or holiday. If you would like to know how long your potential order may take, please email me and I am more than happy to provide an estimate as to when it can be completed and shipped.

Shipping Times

Domestic shipping is done via USPS and, depending on location, can take 2-8 business days for delivery. Once the item ships it is no longer my responsibility because it is no longer in my possession. You will have to work with your local carrier to resolve any issues.

International shipping can range between 4-8 weeks for delivery. This is an estimate and it may take shorter or longer than the 4-8 weeks depending on your location. Once the item ships it is no longer my responsibility because it is no longer in my possession. You will have to work with your local carrier to resolve any issues.
