Custom orders are items that are made to order, according to the customer's specifications.
As you browse through the various items that are for sale, you will notice that some items have the word "Custom" in front of it meaning, you have autonomy, in relation to those items, to customize how the final product looks.

Please understand that handmade items, by nature, may have slight imperfections. Although I am thorough, there may be inconsistencies based on the creative nature. Each item will look a little different from the next, but I ensure that all items are handcrafted with care and love!

Tips & Examples
Placing a custom order is quite simple. One key thing you want to try and do is be as specific as possible. Think about things such as colors, font styles/types, images, placement, etc. While not all customizations may be possible simply because of the type of item or limited amount of space, etc., try to be as creative and as specific as possible!
Also, if you are wanting to use a specific image on a custom item that is applicable, please email the image of choice to contact@melaninmadeit.net with your order number.
