  • How long will it take to make my item(s)?/What is the processing time?
    Depending on the item, it can take anywhere from 3-14 business days. This is due to a number of factors such as, the amount of customization requested, time of year/holiday season, etc. Also, please be mindful that I currently have a full time job outside of my business.
  • Is processing time the same as shipping time?
    No, it is not. Processing time is the time it takes for me to create your item. Shipping time is how long it takes for the item(s) to reach you once it is in transit. Depending on where you are located, shipping time will vary.
  • Do you do last minute/next day orders?
    In order to ensure that products are made to satisfaction, I do not want to rush. For that reason, I do not take last minute orders. Depending on the item and amount of customization, the item can be finished within a few days but it is not a guarantee. If you will be needing items by a certain time, please be sure to order in a timely manner based on the processing time.
  • What is your return policy?
    Unfortunately returns are not accepted. If something is wrong with your order, please contact me and I will be more than happy to assist you with that and make things right! You will be asked to submit evidence of what is wrong with the item(s) in order to ensure that things are fair. Unfortunately, there are people who claim that their items are damaged in order to receive free additional merchandise.
  • What if my item ships and get lost in transit? What about potential damages?
    Once the item ships it is no longer my responsibility. You will have to work with your local carrier to resolve that issue. Unfortunately, there are individuals who try to scam owners and receive free items by claiming they never received their items. So, it is in my policy that once the item is in transit, it is no longer my responsibility. As for damages, you may be asked to provide proof of the damage in order to be sent a replacement.
  • Do you provide international shipping?
    Yes, I do offer international shipping. Please note that international shipping is more expensive and will take longer, approx. 4-8weeks. This is an estimate and it may take longer than the 8 weeks depending on your location. Also, just like domestic orders, once your item ships, it is no longer my responsibility. Please work with the carrier for shipping concerns.
  • Can I make changes to an order I have already placed?
    Please contact me, via email, with your full name and with what changes you would like made. Please do not DM me on social media inquiring about making changes to your order. I will then notify you as to whether or not changes can or cannot be made at that time. Depending on how far into the creation process I am in, I may or may not be able to provide the changes you request. There is no guarantee.
  • What are the payment options?
    I accept payment directly via debit/credit card through the website and also via Venmo, and Zelle. Please note that if you pay via Zelle or Venmo, you must send payment immediately with your order number. (Full detailed instructions are present at checkout).
